Ordering from Lisadora is easy! When you see an item you want, simply click on the “Add to basket” button. Your shopping basket will be displayed with all of the items in it. Whenever you are ready to finalize your order, you may proceed to checkout. It only takes a minute and is completely secure!

Tax
Lisadora is located in the Colorado. By law we must charge all of our customers residing in Colorado an 8.16% sales tax. Orders from all other states will not be taxed.

All credit card transactions are processed through our safe and secure gateway. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Order Processing
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation with the complete order information. Though we try our best to keep our online boutique updated, at times certain designs will be unexpectedly popular and hence be back-ordered or delayed. We will let you know if any items you ordered will be delayed. Please look over your order to make sure all the information is correct and contact us within 24 hours if any changes need to be made.

As every design is individually handmade when it is ordered, please allow 3-10 business days before we can send your order to be shipped. On some occasions we may be able to ship immediately. Let us know if this is necessary. Once your jewelry order is complete, we will send a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package online.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship all our orders via United States Postal Service, priority mail. Transit time ranges from 2-4 business days.
